This story has been floating around the blogs. The scary quote had to be this one:

I'm not desperate for any help from Nanny. I'm not needing any help working out what to feed my kids. They understand the word "no". In fact, they've been taught to self regulate their "treats", so I can trust them to manage their own intake of sweets. It isn't rocket science.
These people are dangerous. Some loon wanted to whack huge taxes on butter just recently. It never stops.
